Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, work was done in a timely manner, I waited about 2 hours as expected. As I was driving home I smelled oil and saw smoke coming from my hood, so once I got home I immediately called my advisor. She didn’t answer so I left a message and sent a text, she called me back and said to schedule a tow back to the dealership so they could check it out. The next day they determined it was spilled oil so they cleaned it up and detailed my car. Very happy with the customer service we received, and the efforts of the staff to make everything right
