I wasn't planning on purchasing that day, however Terrance had a no pressure style, answered questions as we walked around and lead me to a SUV that was exactly what I was looking for. He has offered to help me with a refresher course to make sure I understand all of the electronics. This puts me as ease as the SUV has so many bells and whistles and know I missed something when he programed it and walked me through it all that evening. He has even followed up a couple of times making sure I knew he was available to help with any questions about my new purchase. I would certainly recommend Terrance to anyone looking for a vehicle.
