Ms Trina got me an appointment date and time that was suitable for me, and the time she specified how long it’ll take was spot on, it was actually earlier than expected but not longer, which is perfect. She was very nice, and when I go back for more service needs on my Tiguan I’ll definitely be talking with her again!
