Blake Duggins is a super hero. He was extremely calm and patient with us and very knowledgeable about the Jeep Renegade and all of our financing questions. He let us know up front that he knows buying a car is a big investment and not a one day decision. We never felt pressure or like the vultures were circling like other dealers we had visited. I appreciated the initial contact by Heather via text and a follow up text by the sales manager to confirm our appointment and again ease our minds.
